AmorePacific stated in a public announcement on September 1st that they will acquire a 100% stake in Tata's Natural Alchemy, the operator of the "Tata Harper" brand. AmorePacific raised about 168.1 billion won in paid-in capital increase for the acquisition.
Tata Harper is a luxury skin care brand that is rapidly growing, leading the "clean" beauty trend. It is famous for sticking to thorough clean beauty principles in all processes from product development to packaging since its birth in 2010. It is sold on online channels such as Netaforte and Cult Beauty, and more than 800 offline stores such as Sephora and Niemann Marcus.
