Cosmax, a cosmetics research, development, and production company, recently signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Around Blue, an eco-friendly material developer, and began joint development of eco-friendly cosmetics containers on October 25.
Around Blue is a company that produces CLC (Crosslinked Cellulose), an eco-friendly non-toxic bioplastic material. CLC is a new natural polymer material produced using biomass raw materials such as wood flour, chaff, and starch. It is characterized by having the ability to decompose into eco-friendly non-toxic materials after its period of use.
