On November 1, a seminar titled "Cosmetics Risk Assessment Status and International Trends" was held at The K Hotel in Yangjae-dong, Seoul, hosted and organized by Changwon University's Industry-Academic Cooperation Group and the Consumer Rights Forum.

Lim Doo-hyun, a representative scientist of the LSE Safety and Effectiveness Institute, presented the "Cosmetics Risk Assessment Status and International Trends," while Choi Ji-hyun, director of the Future Consumer Behavior Gyeonggi Branch, presented the "Cosmetics Safety Issue and Consumer Protection Plan." Kim Hyang-ja, co-chairman of Future Consumer Action, was the chairperson.
