In order to strengthen the knowledge base of THE K BEAUTY SCIENCE, Professor Seol-Hoon Lee (College of Natural & Information Science for the Cosmetics Science of Dongduk Women’s University) will join THE K BEAUTY SCIENCE’s Editorial Committee from Jan. 2024. Professor Lee received his bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees from the Department of Chemistry at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST). After working as a researcher at LG Household & Health Care Research Institute (2007-2018), he has been active in various research and teaching students in the Department of Chemistry and Cosmetics at Dongduk Women's University since 2018. His main research areas include the development & application of functional peptides for skin penetration, non-invasive structural analysis of the skin barrier, research on next-generation formulations using microfluidics, and more.
