Choi Chang-hyung, a professor of cosmetics engineering at the Oriental Medicine College of Daegu University, won the Biotechnology Researcher Award at the 2022 Korea Biotechnology Society Autumn Conference and International Symposium held at the Shinhwa World Convention Center in Jeju from September 28 to 30.

Professor Choi Chang-hyung is actively conducting basic research on the development of smart microcapsules that can be released and applied to a wide range of bioengineering fields such as cosmetics and food (oral drug carriers, biosensors, etc.).
